Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain project efficiency
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate with site supervisors
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-4pm)
- Basic tool knowledge and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- California OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
