Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Install and maintain scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with skilled trades to ensure project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Experience with concrete finishing and rebar installation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work weekends and occasional overtime
