Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including material handling, excavation support, and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Participate in daily briefings and progress documentation
- Support site setup/breakdown procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material estimation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
