Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely (e.g., jackhammers, saws, excavators)
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Reliable transportation to project sites across TN/GA
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
