Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, site preparation, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support various construction phases including framing, roofing, and finishing
- Perform physical labor in all weather conditions as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
- Basic communication skills for task coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
