Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task completion
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Support specialized trades as needed on job sites
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided
