Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and scaffolding assembly
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day with frequent bending/squatting
