Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including lighting, outlets, and panels
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized tools
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and proper equipment inventory
- Document work orders and project progress in digital systems
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
