Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks (digging, carrying, measuring)
- Adapt to various construction environments (residential/commercial)
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Cleveland job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
