Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and welders
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Expertise in power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Blueprint interpretation skills
- Flexible availability for 12-hour weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
