As a Weekend Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. We value hard work, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Assist in general site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the work site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and hauling heavy materials.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and other team members on site.
- Keep work areas organized and compliant with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
