Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople in framing, drywalling, painting, and general carpentry tasks.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from foremen.
- Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long durations.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Communication: Basic communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols.
