Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, trenching, and concrete pouring.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
