Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (concrete saws, jackhammers, power tools) under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material staging and equipment setup
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checks
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Greater Cleveland
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
- Basic tool proficiency (shovels, levels, saws, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
