Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
