Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on-site, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily operations.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Unload and organize delivery trucks, ensuring the job site is well-stocked.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project layouts.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and strength required to perform manual labor for 8+ hours a day.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
