Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) for material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform light equipment operation (skid steers, forklifts with certification)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (mandatory Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Team player with strong communication skills
