Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks using heavy machinery
- Install and remove construction scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with material handling and site preparation
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction site experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-4PM)
- Strong attention to safety protocols and detail orientation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
