Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Participate in physical labor including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
