Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Perform basic carpentry, drywall hanging, or painting duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Operate power tools and basic construction machinery with proper safety protocols.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using company vehicles or hand trucks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.
- Experience in general labor, construction, or landscaping is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver, CO job site.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
