Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, levels)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized, hazard-free job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret simple construction blueprints and instructions
- Participate in scaffold setup and basic concrete work
- Support excavation, demolition, and site security tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme Arizona temperatures
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
