Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to blueprints and instructions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
