Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, leveling, and cleanup.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under supervision.
- Ensure the work site remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications using hand and power tools.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
