Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare construction sites efficiently for daily operations.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and machinery (saws, drills, compressors) with precision.
- Site Maintenance: Remove debris, trash, and scrap materials to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support Trades: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades as required.
- Safety Adherence: Strictly follow OSHA safety guidelines and site protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, and walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for weekend shifts.
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Tools: Familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check.
