Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, jackhammers, and power tools
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Manage waste removal and recycling procedures
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class C driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Ability to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
