Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist in general site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Miami.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
