Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic demolition, cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand tools and light equipment under supervision
- Maintain a safe, organized worksite following OSHA guidelines
- Support various construction tasks including framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Follow verbal instructions and adapt to daily project needs
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
