Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various project tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
