Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
