Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Operate construction equipment and power tools under the supervision of skilled operators.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various project duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
