Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various construction duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety compliance at all times.
- Follow all project blueprints, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
