Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including site prep, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project-specific duties
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper material storage
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Complete daily documentation and progress reports
- Participate in weekend-only project schedules (Sat-Sun, 6am-4pm)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid O-10 construction card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and hand tools
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to weekend-only availability
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
