Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and project documentation
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Support project timelines through efficient task completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays)
