As a Weekend Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate and maintain general construction equipment (saws, drills, forklifts).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Follow safety protocols and project blueprints accurately.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material needs.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; trade school or military background a plus.
