As a Weekend Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Whether you are assisting with site preparation, material handling, or cleanup, your work is essential to our success. Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks and duties.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand tools and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Demolition & Prep: Perform basic demolition, digging, and site preparation work as directed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long durations.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
