Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, leveling, and cleaning construction sites in adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to perform physical labor for 8+ hours per day, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
