Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and frame structural components with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist carpenters and masons with material preparation and installation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Strong understanding of blueprints and construction schematics
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-4pm)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
