Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring debris is removed and areas are ready for work.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic tasks and setup.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in construction or labor work is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to read basic blueprints or safety signs is preferred.
