Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, marking areas, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and correctly.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, hauling, and carrying heavy materials.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor for 8-10 hours a day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
