Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and sweeping up.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout markings.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Must be punctual and reliable for weekend shifts.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
