Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and tool management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form setup
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper waste disposal
- Complete daily progress reports and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy lifting experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Greater Philadelphia
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays) 6AM-4PM
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
