Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Clear debris, dirt, and obstacles from the work area to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Support the crew with various on-site duties as assigned, ensuring all projects meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible schedules as needed.
- Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.
