Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters with framing, drywall, and finishing
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Experience with concrete finishing and formwork
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun, 6AM-4PM)
- Background check and drug screening required
