Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform excavation, demolition, and cleanup tasks safely and efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor or physical work experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
