Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support skilled trades with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Complete daily task reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-4pm)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification
