As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently on the job site.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, hauling, and site preparation.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Previous experience in general construction or labor is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
