Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical circuits
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and safety protocols
- Manage weekend shift schedules (Fri-Sun) with weekday flexibility as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) essential
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with smart home systems a plus
- Excellent customer service communication skills
