Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend project teams for high-priority installations
- Document work progress and maintain detailed service reports
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (WA Journeyman license required)
- Expertise in residential/commercial wiring, troubleshooting, and panel upgrades
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid training
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage weekend projects independently
- Strong communication skills for client consultations and team leadership
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
