Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, and California Title 24 standards
- Coordinate with project managers and safety officers for weekend operations
- Document maintenance activities using digital reporting systems
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with weekend shift work
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (C-10)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and NFPA 70E training
- Proficiency with VFD systems, PLC programming, and power distribution
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex industrial machinery
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean record
- Experience with solar PV systems (preferred)
