Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington state regulations
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver weekend installations and emergency repairs
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and maintain detailed work documentation

- Mentor junior electricians during weekend team rotations
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with weekend shift scheduling and flexibility
- Advanced knowledge of smart home systems and energy-efficient installations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
